For many years, the litigation team has accompanied a series of leading companies whose activity is biased towards tenders and which has many administrative aspects. In this framework, the team accompanies these companies starting from the stage of analyzing the tender documents, through drafting and reviewing the proposals, through dealing with hearing procedures before tender committees, and ending with administrative procedures in the courts for administrative matters and the Supreme Court, as part of attacking or defending the results of tenders and other administrative activities of Israeli authorities.
