The team accompanied companies and chains on the one hand, as well as distributors and franchisees on the other hand, in countless transactions in which joint ventures were awarded, purchased or established for the benefit of exclusive franchises and exclusive distribution rights in Israel and around the world, including in the United States, many countries in the European Union as well as many countries in the Far East such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
An essential part of the team’s activities in the field includes the registration, management and regulation of the intellectual property rights to which the franchise and distribution agreements refer (trademarks in particular) both in Israel and around the world, through collaborations with agents and offices specializing in this field in the USA, the Far East, the European Union and South America .
Among the prominent chains that the firm has accompanied for many years, we can name the SABON chain, which the firm accompanied from the establishment of the first branch outside of Israel in New York, through the establishment of a joint corporation and about fifty branches in Japan, until its purchase by a multinational corporation for hundreds of millions of shekels and becoming a chain with approx. 200 points of sale worldwide.
