Nir Heno has many years of experience in M&A and complex investment transactions in the fields of high-tech, retail, infrastructure, and services.
Nir closely accompanies and advises on a personal and regular basis, to senior management and families and individuals with a lot of capital and assets, in all areas of their business and legal activities, including at strategic decision-making points.
As part of his activities, Nir accompanied merger and acquisition transactions and investment transactions with some of the leading international corporations and funds in Israel and the world.
Nir has gained a lot of expertise in accompanying leading retail chains, in countless deals for granting exclusive franchises and exclusive distribution rights in Israel and around the world, including in the United States, many countries in the European Union, as well as many countries in the Far East, such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in law (LL.B) and business administration (B.A), Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center – 1998.
Certification:
Member of the Israel Bar Association since 1999.
